We will arrange a one-on-one meeting so that we listen intently to what initially sparked this idea and how you want it to be done — this could be in person, via email or other correspondence. For example, it may have been a beautiful oval ring you saw on a magazine model or a beautiful ancient pendant you noticed on a painting somewhere in town. Using these initial descriptions, we create sketches in your presence to ensure we get the idea right.

Our selection of precious stones is extensive—naturally occurring and lab-grown diamonds are the most sought-after. We also offer other options like sapphires, pearls, rubies and other coloured gemstones. Whatever you choose, we can handcraft a jewellery piece just the way you want it, topped by your chosen gem.

After finalising the design details, our skilled designers begin the handcrafting process right on our premises. We create detailed mock-ups and physical models that allow you to visualise your piece from every angle, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision. This hands-on approach allows for seamless adjustments and refinements without having to restart the entire creation process.

Once the client approves the rendered image representation of the final design idea, our talented Melbourne artisans take over. We use both traditional and modern equipment and techniques to ensure that every part is crafted with the utmost care until the final assembled item is achieved. The outcome is a uniquely beautiful piece of jewellery, just like each person's life story.
